Cigar bid question.

I finally invested some time and a little money on cigar bid and won a couple. Awesome deals, and I'm glad I did it. I got the emails confirming that I won the auctions, and that they would send me a follow up email once the order has been processed and shipped.

My question is, how long does that usually take? It's 2 separate bids, so I'm assuming they wont be processed and shipped at the same time. It's been 12ish hours, so I'm not surprised they haven't shipped yet. Just wondering at what point I should reach out to the company to see what's going on.
