How can EA get this so wrong

Another weekend league another completely different patch to get used to. Just had my first loss this weekend to a guy that didnt sprint once, he only held R1 to attack and my defence spread for him like nothing I've ever seen on this game.

Can we just have a good patch and not have it changed for a month so we can learn this shit.
