I hate dough raids

Unlocking Dough raids is easy but the main reason i cannot awaken my dough is i cant finish even a single dough raid. Even a single. It is hard as hell. AND M1 IS SO IMPORTANT FOR ME BUT I AM NOT STRONG ENOUGH. Can someone help me?
