Caught my sister masturbating

I walked into my sisters room and saw her asleep with her legs spread out and her pussy was out. There was a massage gun next to her and her phone was open on Reddit watching some porn, so I'm guessing she fell asleep while masturbating. This has happened twice in the past as well and the last time I saw her like this was talking dirty on message with a bunch of guys on her phone sending sexual pics of her lying on her bed in loads of positions, not nude though. I am not sure what to do and if I should confront her about it as if my parents catch her she'll be in lots of trouble.
