Best notetaking apps for students

so i just bought the S11 tab and i wanna use it for my studies, since it's my first tablet ever i still don't know which apps would suit it the best
im looking for a notetaking app where i can annotate my pdfs and make my own notes, with a good handwriting recognition (i want to convert my handwriting to text when i want)

+ unrelated but I'd appreciate it if you could recommend me some good apps for productivity or any app that could optimize my experience with this tab so i can make the best out of it
