Is this a new type of harassing comment, or was it special for me?

A registered user I've never interacted with just left me a comment that was a fic/scene from my fandom involving explicit non-con. No other comment or context. They deleted their account, so I don't think reporting it will do anything. The text read like it was probably AI generated, very grammatical and full of cliches.

So, is this a new sort of harassing comment or is someone out to annoy me in particular?
