Why Are My YouTube Shorts Stuck at 10k–30k Views? Any Advice?

Hi everyone,

I primarily upload YouTube Shorts and focus on faceless, voiceless EA FC 26 content.

The thing is, my videos usually get good retention, but none of them ever really blow up.

Most of my Shorts sit around 10k-30k views, and I'm not sure why.

l've tried a lot of strategies and have uploaded over 100 videos, but growth has been slow.

I'd really appreciate any tips or insights from you guys-it would mean a lot 🙏
