Frustration when husband teaches me art

Hes only trying to help and hes super calm as hes teaching me and pointing out flaws in my work and asking me where i can self correct but for some reason while hes teaching me i just get extremely frustrated despite knowing that everything is ok and hes not doing anything wrong. I had to step away fron a but because i get extremely heated and enraged and the sane part of me keeps reminding myself that everything is ok and to just listen but i literally cannot.

Anyone the same or am i just insane what the hell
