Purchased 32gb ram, arrived in static inducing bubble wrap. Do they not teach kids these days to use ESD bags? Ram was DOA

2TB drive ordered it was only 30 bucks so yeah not bad, never properly wiped. Do CEX not know you can easily recover files with any modern file recovery program? Pretty gobsmacked that I could find the previous owners documents and personal details very easily.

Blu Ray Burner, same order got a Blu ray burner, I still burn truckloads of Blu rays. They supplied a BD Rom.

I'm trying to get my head around how fucked up this company is, obviously not training their workers in product knowledge or handling procedures.

I live 50km away from my nearest store and the online help was, just take it to a store to have it rectified.
