Interested in taking out a debt consolidation loan to help get rid of my credit card debt

Hello! As the title says I want to take out a loan to consolidate my credit card debt into one monthly payment. I have about $5000 debt on one card, $1000 on the other, as well as a $2000 loan from a year or two ago that I’ve been paying off. Just playing around with my options, when i checked credit karma it said all my approval rates were poor. What are my best options? Please bear with me i am not very well versed in all this stuff at all and find it very confusing…thank you!
