GMRS dipole

so I want to setup a system to run hf and gmrs (im only licensed in gmrs but operate on CB) I just want something I can buy and throw up beneath my 20' hf monopole, is there anything out there that is pre-made ready to rock? or am i going to have to hit the books and design something myself? thanks!
