PSA that Albedo still won't be work against shields

Even with the buffs, stygian is introducing more and more shield mechanics into the difficult content. Albedo is basically useless during the shield phase. I would honestly trade the C1 50% DEF buff for allowing him to procc against shields but I guess there's no hope of that ever happening now.
