[RECLAMATION] How/where can I read the final title poem?

my friend and I were finishing this modpack(really enjoyed it btw). however, the moment I tp back and the titles start, I get disconnected, and upon rejoining, I'm just home. The friend said it was a bit different from the og one and had some interesting things, and now I am quite upset I missed it.

Is there any way to get to see them again(I killed the dragon again, and it didn't help), or maybe it is written somewhere? thanks in advance!
