Is this normal for a Chromebook?

I recently got a intel celeron chromebook (and I love it 😍) but my question is - i can hear a faint static noise coming from it only when its on (even when its not charging) - does anyone else have this? 🤔

I only bought it about a month ago. its not noisy enough to bring it back i dont think, but just wondering if thats default/standard.

so for example, when you put your ear down to your keyboard, can you hear some static??? ⚡
