I was excited I had received a blue pass for the weekly reward and I got a remote invite from Toronto, Canada. Everything was going smoothly, we were about to beat it but then, white screen, “there’s been an error” and of course kicked me out of the raid. I tried rejoining but there was no Gigantamax Garbodor to rejoin. I started a ticket through support through the app and it’s been more than an hour and the chatbot plainly stopped responding to me.

I have trying accessing support through my computer and the only option the chatbot has is “log in issues”. If I try to submit a ticket, the only options are “ban appeal” or “delete my account”. I have lost other blue passes but today it really got to me because I had stopped spening money on this game and I got a blue pass as a weekly reward.

I misspelled November and I’m wondering if that’s the reason why they stopped responding. This has got to be the most frustrating customer service I have experience in my life.

Anybody know how to reach out to them? I tried messaging them last year through twitter when something similar happened and they also ignored me. I am here wondering why do I play this game when I know all the bad aspects about it. But I guess the good aspects counterbalance the bad?

Anyway, rant over. Please Niantic or Scopely gods, return that blue pass to me!
