Justin Jefferson and Ja'marr Chase Value

Hi guys - my team is mediocre and I’m thinking about trading away either Jefferson or Jamarr to get some picks and players to semi-rebuild. I would love some feedback on what value you’d pay or accept for these guys. I’m thinking JJ is worth 2 firsts (at least 1 early) + a young mid-tier or and older stud. And Chase at a slight premium to that. Let me know your thoughts on what framework you think these guys stand-alone value should be in a trade. Thank you!
