Why does the family safety monitor on my pc appear again and again?

So i have admin privileges on my school laptop so i can isntall apps for school but i also use it to game sometimes and i can end the family safet monitor task on my laptop but on some days the task just reappeares a couple minutes after ending it, why is this?
