Possible 2nd lap coming

I had my first lap May 2024. I got 6 months of relief and now all my symptoms are back. The surgeon I saw was in Nashville, TN. He did not do excision. I thought he would, but he did ablation. I have an appointment with Dr.Mark Hoffman upcoming in December. What can I ask to make sure hes an excision specialist? Has he performed anyone's surgery? I have been doing pelvic floor PT. I just need relief. My Husband and I want to try and conceive so I really want to give myself the best shot.
