Is there a faster way to restore purchases?

I have been trying to contact support, but it has been over two weeks and I still have not received a response. I am an Android user. I even considered repurchasing the item(s) to see if the Play Store would provide an alert regarding my previous transaction(s), but I decided against it.

I'm desperate, please help.
