Will Rover do anything if my location doesn’t change during a walk?

General

So this is for a regular client that I’ve dog sat for a few months now, and every other booking has been overnight housesitting.

They want me to stop by to hang out with their small doodle for 4 hours tomorrow— which I’m totally fine with and excited to do! However it’s scheduled as a walk… I adjusted the price so it reflects my hourly rate for 4 hours though.

This dog does not like to go on walks. Their owner is fully aware and does not expect me to walk her, but she said if I wanted to I can. During my last week long house sit, they had the unfortunate but hilarious experience on watching me try to walk their dog through their ring doorbell 😭

Basically, their dog will walk a few steps and them immediately want to go back home. She’s just a huge cuddle bug and moreso enjoys running around in their backyard.

Since it’s scheduled as a walk, will Rover penalize me or anything if my location doesn’t change at all? I probably could’ve scheduled it as a drop-in but I guess I didn’t really think twice about it.
