October taught me some hard lessons. November is where I start laying the foundation: Scale what’s working. Fix what’s broken. Cut what’s distracting.

THE FOCUS: To lock in this month means committing to the fundamentals that actually matter.

Keep learning. Improving prompts, vibe coding, mastering the tools that turn ideas into products. Can’t build what I don’t understand.

Lay the foundation.

Keep building. More GPTs. Launch YouTube content. Ship consistently, learn publicly, iterate based on feedback.

Be profitable. Hit $1 in revenue. Any amount proves the model works and that people will pay for value.

Grow the audience. Turn views into actual followers.

THE REALITY October was Month 1 of stepping out of my comfort zone. November is about embracing being out of my comfort zone.
