Question re: FHR/THC 4th night free special offers

Hi Everyone! This is my first time trying to take advantage of the FHR/THC benefits. I’m looking at hotels in Key West for a long weekend in November. On Maxfhr.com one of the hotels lists a special offer for 4th night free with a minimum booking of 4 consecutive nights. When I go to book on Amex website, I don’t see the fourth night free mentioned anywhere. The price displayed is for all four nights. Is the fourth night credited at a later date or is the info on the Maxfhr website likely outdated? Thank you! 😊
