3 1-way switches plus a "poky" 4th switch in a two gang faceplate?

No idea what the real name is for the poky switch but I have 4 switches, 3 for inside lights and 4th for the outside light.

People always turn it off by mistake so I've resorted to putting a piece of tape over it.

Anything more elegant in that config?
