All of a sudden my volume button stopped working, tried everything and nothing works.

Its literally as it says on the title, i got an Amazon Fire Stick 4k on a AOC LE50U7970 from Brazil. A few days ago the volume button was working perfectly and now i cant adjust the volume anymore, i tried restarting the amazon fire stick several times and tried changing the TV settings multiple times but nothing works.

The TV does show a red light when i press the volume button but the volume doesnt change, the mute button also doesnt work. I am pretty pissed right now because i have been trying to fix this issue for days and still nothing worked so i came here on reddit to ask for help.
