Recommendation letter not submitted

I am applying early action to a school and it's due tonight. It's not a Common App school. One of my recommenders has been sent a request, I did remind him, but I think he's just behind on some things as he's a busy man. So his recommendation is not yet submitted. What is the likelihood that they will accept his letter a few days after my EA deadline? Will they push back my evaluation to RD?
