handheld recommendations for little brother

Hi, I want to buy a handheld device for my brother but I'm really a beginner at this, I was researching and I saw the anbernic RG53XX was a good option, but I'm not sure if I could find something better or cheaper than that which still works well, so I wondered if anyone had recommendations for me! I just need it to be $100 or below, but cheapest would be the best. He really likes Roblox and action games, if that helps:))
