What tools/software do you use for planning your service routes? Can I get your feedback on mine?

Warning: I'm soliciting feedback on an app I made.

For context, my brother just started a mosquito control company in Canada last year. Basically customers pay for the season, then every 3 weeks he visits them and treats their property etc. He's planning his routes manually with google maps + spreadsheets but it's challenging, error prone, and really time consuming.

I built him an app to help him do this better, and I'm trying to open it up to the public.

I would love to know what kinds of tools others in similar industries might be using so I can see what features other people feel are most important. The app is 100% free with no ads, and I would be tremendously appreciative if you'd take a look and tell me what it's missing to be useful for you.
