Can I get O-1 Product Designer? (UK)

hi. I’d love some honest feedback from people who’ve been through the o-1 process.

I’m a Product Designer (digital) with ~12 years experience in the UK.. I run my own design consultancy, fancy clients and portfolio.

- Lead or Head of Design roles on multinational projects (apps, SaaS, AI, fintech).
- Projects have won industry awards
- designs featured on few known websites
- Member of digital/design organisations
- Can get strong recommendation letters
- No big press yet but can publish features/interviews
- Clean record, current UK business, no U.S. employer yet.

based on this, do I stand a real chance for an O-1B (extraordinary ability in the arts) visa, or am I just fooling myself?

is it worth hiring a lawyer and building the case or is it too thin for approval?
