Reconciling Pennie Tax Credits - is it too late???

My Pennie account says I am not eligible for any tax credits because I did not reconcile the tax credits from the previous year. I am self employed and always give my health insurance form with eveything else to my accountant and never had this issue. I guess my accountant did not file it with my taxes...

I will obviously call them on Monday but I'm just very concerned. Anyone know if it's too late to do this??? my insurance plan was about $200 and is now $600 a month!
