Room cleansing

Hey everybody. For a little context, since I was little I felt energies, sometimes I saw a face with it, so I'm a little nervous for everytime I feel something that makes me feel scared or just uncomfortable. I decided I should cleanse my room with an incense. I'm a baby witch for like 2 years, sometimes I gave up on it, because I trought I didn't have the tools, (but after i fund this group y'all made me start over with a book of shadow) so that's why I'm asking. What are you thinking of it, did I do right thing?
