It's good to have shorter queues but at least have right matches, you can't match a top level 30 or a little more with a top level 350+ and to balance ADC level 350+ and ADC level 30 pr a little more. The top is only in lane and will always have a 1-1 1/2 advantage over the ADC. level 350+ adc will always bully the opponent adc but will consequently be bullied by the opponent's toplane
