Is it worth using my quest XP rewards on prayer if I'm already lvl 70?

I'm probably never ever going to unlock the prayers from raids but everyone advises to spend quest XP rewards on prayer.

Even if I do get to that point, I'm sure I'll have collected enough bones by that point to rub out lvl 77 without any quest rewards.
