Accents in Zambia

Do foreigners that come to live in Zambia for many years end up sounding Zambian when they go back to their countries ? I have always wondered because most Zambians will go to the diaspora and get an accent that they never leaves. Do the chinese and Indians go back to Guangzho or Mumbai and talk like Zambians.
