How do you work with women as a personal trainer?
Hey guys! I’m still quite new and currently in training. I now have a few female clients, and one of them in particular is a bit challenging for me. She works a lot, she’s a doctor, not very sporty, very friendly and self-ironic, but she doesn’t have much confidence in herself. She also pays quickly, so I really don’t want to lose her. I know she could do much more, but I’m not sure how to bring that out of her. Any tips?
Sometimes I feel like I talk too much, sometimes too little, and sometimes I don’t even know where I should stand during the session, haha. Does all of that just come with time?
