Baha in Sta Mesa

Is anyone familiar with Donewell in Sta Mesa? Ask ko lang sana if bahain ba sa area na ‘yon. I have rented a place there kasi, sabi ng owner eh hindi naman daw baha doon pero I wanted to make sure sana. My place is near 7/11 across donewell.
