Autism advice

M32 I am asking this on behalf of my 5 year old son recently diagnosed with autism, I have been wondering if he might have a much more serious mental health disorder as I have caught him on many occasions recently listening to Tom jones on the Alexa at full volume while shouting Arabic insults towards the small Brazilian man that lives next door, upon trying to get him to stop he has somehow manipulated the fabric of time and space to teleport to the other side of the room I fear he is too powerful now. Advice?
