3 am? Seriously?

I live in a new apartment building and started living here 2 months ago. Up until 3 weeks ago i never saw the neighbours who live in the apartment next to me. One day the woman (ig wife) said to my roommate for us to be quieter after 7pm because her husband goes to work at 4 am. EVERY DAMN NIGHT AT 3AM I HEAR MUSIC NEXT TO MY HEAD AND BANGING IN THE BATHROOM LIKE THERE IS A CIRCUS IN THERE. And we should be quiet? I go to sleep around 3 because of college. I thought it was some kind of ghost at first but then became too frequent and i heard off key singing as well.
