All Advice/Recommendations Needed

I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy w/ Cataplexy in 2024. On top of that I've had ADHD/ADD since age 6 or 7, had been taking Adderall ever since then.

I'm a junior in college now and I stopped taking my adderall once I got diagnosed with the narcolepsy because we figured that was the reason I wasn't staying up and that my focus and attention was good, turns out it's not.

I'm on MODAFINIL (2 200 mg daily) and I'm still not staying up, still hella sleepy ALL DAY. I cannot stay focus for ABSOLUTELY SHIT! And I wonder if I'm struggling in school because my ADD/ADHD is worsen.

I can not even drive! I fall asleep so freaking fast and feel so drowsy and my eyes always feel tired. I want to drive but idk what can help me. I feel so stuck sometimes it's horrible. This is really a horrible disability and no one talks about it or even consider it as much.

I need all the help I can get all the advice 😭I just want to give up with everything
