Never had so many crashes before

I always went with Nvidea and after i build a AMD based PC with RX 7900XTX/9800x3d my BF6 crashes time and time again with all kinds of DX and Driver errors. im erunning lastest driver, latest adrenalin, running all auto/balanced with no frame generation of any kind and 120-140 fps... is it time for Nvidea or?
