Still getting notifications for a page I don’t admin anymore (over two years ago!)

Hello, I left a business two years ago and I still get their FB page email notifications, post likes etc. The admin there said she removed me and my permissions but I still get all of their notifications. The admin says she can’t find anything else to do. Please advise?
