Normal T, high SHGB, Low T Symptoms

Blood work

30 year old male, natty. I experienced Low T symptoms over the course of the last years. At First I just got my total T checked about 1,5 years ago, which came Back at 480 ng/dl. Seemed in the OK range, so forgot about it. As I learned more about the subject I did another blood test about a month ago with following stats (blood was drawn pretty late that day at around 5 PM).

LH at 8.1 total T at 550 ng/dl Free T at 8.1 pg/ml (forgot about SHGB)

As the low free T made me concerned I Made a secind testing (same lab) two weeks later at 9 AM and got these stats:

LH at 8.4 (pretty high) total T at 910 ng/dl (high) free T at 17.56 pg/ml (medium-high) SHGB at 76 nmol/l (pretty high) E2 at 28ng/l (medium)

So I would guess my SHGB is too high and my body is battling it by increasing LH. How can I lower LH? I'm a little bit over maintenece with calories and eat enough carbs. Also started Boron. Has blood Iron much impact on it? Last time it got tested it was elevated.

And is the high LH something to be concerned about?
