Big problem in my mind

I’m a third year medical student who is highly interested in USMLE pathway and I’ve heard that USCE can boost your chances of getting accepted there but I’m a sick guy taking lexapro ( ssri ) with Amisulpride and low dose propranolol ( DAILY !) to maintain my anxiety , depression , I want to know how can these shit affect my road ? ( like how can I travel without these drugs , cause I read that over the counter isn’t working in USA only prescription) I mean I can’t work properly without them , Anyone with similar experience your reply will be appreciated !
