Six months postpartum, miserable and feeling alone and my 37f husband 40m just nitpicks how I’m not clean enough. AITAH?

I’m genuinely losing my mind. My husband and I have been married for two years. The pregnancy was a huge surprise since I thought I couldn’t have kids and neither of us were looking to have one. He has an 11 year old son with a super toxic ex and the dynamic is difficult to handle on a good day. Things have become infinitely more difficult with his son, due to our new baby. I also moved to his country to be with him, leaving my family and friends behind. I never anticipated being a mom with no support and I haven’t made any friends since I’ve moved. I was enjoying my job and able to have my own time when my stepson came over or have family time. Now that I’m not working anymore I barely have time alone and my stepson is at our house four days a week in the mornings and afternoons, is rude and doesn’t listen to me at all. My husband’s family isn’t local and he has no friends locally either. His son has threatened to bully our baby, our marriage is suffering because we have no option for trusted childcare and we do not communicate well, despite going to therapy together for a few months now. I feel like I’m drowning. I love my child but family time with the three of us is so limited and most of my husband’s attention during the small amounts of free time we do have is spent prioritising his son. I feel more alone than I ever have in my life. I’ve told my husband I’m struggling and he says he wishes he could help. He wants to be supportive. But then sometimes he just picks apart my flaws. I’m too messy, I don’t do the dishes enough. I’ve been trying to spend more time cleaning when the baby is sleeping and having the house look decent when he’s off work. I did the dishes every day this week. But he was still irritated I didn’t also clean the counters off. He was annoyed I didn’t put his dinner on a plate for him, which I didn’t because he wasn’t ready to eat when I finished cooking. I figured he could serve himself when he wanted to. Today he told me this annoyed him. I just feel broken. The problems I’m handling are so extensive and seemingly unfixable but he still nags me to clean more. I feel like I’m not even me anymore. I don’t want to minimise his feelings and make him feel like what’s important to him doesn’t matter but also the things I’m dealing with just feel so much harder than putting up with a messy counter. It feels like any improvements I make are still not enough for him. AITAH?
