Am I "crazy", or this is just part of the process?

DOES ANYONE ELSE?

So I was doing my self exposure today and went a little more extreme this time. Long story short - I was driving alone to a place I have never been without any avoidance tools and even with my phone turned off. A mild PA came and I didn't stop for a second, but went "pedal to the metal" to my destination (unintentionally hyperventilating a little - my extremedies felt some pins and needles and some heart palpitations + a decent sence of fear, nothing new..), but with a last minute decision, still PA "hangover" was with me - I went even further, without caring how I would react at all.

After my brain finally recognized there is no danger and I wouldn't give a flying **** of the adrenaline + everything passed - started bombarding me with a really decent amount of dopamine. Literally felt like a little child on Christmas. Blasted some music the way back and realized that I haven't felt so good since years. Feeling amazing during the whole day and as if the "sky is the limit".

It is logical that the brain's reward system should activate after accomplishment, but has anyone else felt severely happy and full with energy after a PA?

It is completely antagonistic to the panic "Hangover".

Wishing you all the best.
