Getting a lot of new friends with this brawl mage deck
Most of the time I don't bother with the tavern brawls but this time I wanted to give it a go. I play only mage and with only golden or diamond cards so that narrows it down for me, but came up with this fun little elemental exodia from my available cards.
Early turns you play like your regular aggro elementalist and try to mulligan for either conjured bookkeepers. If you get either champions of Azeroth or relic of kings straight away, those can be kept; there are plenty of cheap minions here and you should be able to draw some early on to survive.
The play here is to get both Velen and bat mask by turn 8 to complete a 128 damage hero power finisher. There are only five 8+ mana spells in this brawl's pool and five minions in the alliance side so those are pretty decent odds of getting the right pieces. The other alliance heroes aren't too shabby either and especially discounted Brann is excellent with the plan B Esho.
