Garage door won’t open with remotes

The battery in our keypad to the garage died. I changed the battery and put in my code and it didn’t work. So I tried to reprogram the keypad and it didn’t work. Long story short my dumb ass started pushing the learn button to try to reprogram it. Now the main button that I push on our wall to open and close the door won’t work. I push the button and the actual light bulbs on the opener flash. My remote won’t work either and my wife’s car opener won’t work either. What the hell did I do ? 🤣🤣
