ESTA or CS for CLI?..

I recently tried my luck for applying on a CLI on my 6th month tenure with EWB via ESTA on messenger channels

Needless to say, the request was denied.

I'm planning to re-apply on my 9th month tenure instead, with everyone's experience here in dealing with CLIs with Eastwest. Is it better to have to consult the CLI with CS..? call them for it?

Or just continue with the ESTA "Bot". Because honestly I think the Bot is very automated and may lack manual checking (Just an observation), that's why I'm asking if I should just reach out to CS for the next CLI.

Thoughts?..

(P.S, I'm eager to get to Gold tier so I can have better foothold on getting to Visa Plat, I'm not necessarily in need of higher CL, just want the tier honestly for promos and its features. I've been a heavy user and always pay on time, and yes it's my utilization is always 30% or under, if that even helps..)
