Help lower abdominal & pelvic pain

Hi I had a full hysterectomy on the 23rd of September. Uterus, Cervix, Ovaries & tubes all taken out. Ovaries & tube by Robotic Laparoscopy and uterus & cervix through the vagina. I felt relieved the day after. I had a good recovery. 2-3 weeks post op I had red blood for about a week. Not enough to fill a pad in an hour so I just took it easy and rested up. About a week ago I have developed lower abdominal & pelvic pain. It got unbearable even with Dihydrocodeine. It felt heavy to pass urine so I thought it could be a UTI. I suffer from painful bladder syndrome. I also had adhesions from uterus stuck to my bladder. It was all cleaned up. I went GP urine test showed no sign of infection just a little blood. I was bleeding at the time so thought it was that. I was given a 5 day course of antibiotics for UTI. Told if it doesn’t get better to drop off my urine sample to them so they can send to the lab. Anyway I felt better, then a few days ago it started hurting again and the pain has since been building up. I did my urine sample and dropped it off, was given another 3 days course of antibiotics & go said let’s wait for the lab results. Last night I couldn’t take the pain. I started to think maybe it’s infection of cuff or surgery area. Went A&E in the morning as it was the least busiest time ( couldn’t sit on those hard chairs in waiting room for more than four hours) I did another sample, blood tests, had a cannula fitted and told not to eat or drink. My tummy was really bloated so they suspected it could be a blood clot formed at the cuff. Was given intravenous morphine & sent for a CT scan. Everything came back normal, they said it can’t be infection as bloods urine and scan was all clear. Told could be scar tissue, or possible UTI that won’t show up because I’m on antibiotics. Told to come back if I can’t cope again. I feel shattered. The pelvic area is hurting me so much. I’m not constipated, in more pain than week two. I will be 6 weeks post op on Tuesday.. I have no idea what is going on. But I know it’s not normal. Is there anyone who has an idea to what it could be ? Or experienced the same ? Could I have infection of cuff or PID without it showing on the CT scan and blood test? I’m going crazy. I feel fed up on being attached to my heating pad and sofa. I have had 18 yrs of chronic pain due to deep infiltration Endometriosis & suspected Adenomyosis. Results are not back yet.. I’m starting to feel like I will never recover again & stuck with pain forever…
