Strange Medical Horror Movie

So… The very basics of the movie are that a man and a woman go to some sort of facility for along term experimental disease treatment (the disease wasn’t ever named, at least not that I remember-) with this sort of mad scientist type in charge. There were others there for this treatment, too, though again the disease wasn’t really talked about. At some point they have to escape the place and essentially blow it up…

The only other thing I remember is there was a part where the woman’s face was partially engulfed by some sort of fleshy thing.

I have to know if I dreamed this or if this is a real cheap, obscure horror movie
