I really don't like when people say "At least it wasn't a person."

NOTHING burns me more when people say ANYTHING along those lines...especially because I DID have a brother die very unexpectedly a few years ago, and guess who was there for me...that's right, the floofers. Pets ARE family, and love us unconditionally. Both hurt your heart, because it is a piece of you missing, someone that was a part of your everyday life and you love unconditionally. Especially because pets are there in the worst of times and stay by your side during good and bad. Do NOT negate the death of my beloved family member because they are NOT a human. It is still MY family. And I will always mourn those who I have loved and loss, human and non-human. I just hope my brother is up there making sure the floofers get the yumyums and attention they deserve♡
